Is using water cooler fan in my computer room HARMFUL for the internal parts of the computer system?

I'm opinion to use water cooler fan in my computer room in this summer when I'll be sitting there in hot weather. I don't have AC (Air Conditioner).
So precisely wondering if the humid environment in my room will be harmful for the internal parts

Most computers can drive in about 90% humidity. So it should be fine.
