Anyone have a Tilia Foodsaver? I am trying to package squash.?

I blanched the squash, cooled and dried it, but the vaccuum seems to be sucking solution from the squash and all that liquid is preventing a solid seal...I have to seal it 2-3 times for it to trade...any suggestions?

Deep-freeze it for a short time, about a 1/2 hour, then try to seal it.

This is my two shakes of a lamb's tail Foodsaver Virtuoso II The first was a epitome where you had to hug down to gather the closure, so I made too much small change and evident to go for this one more fresh. I had the first five or six years, I have this one since 1998. So I have a experiences with Tilia / Foodsaver. This is my favorite appliance, bar none, one, I can not do without in my gratis.

I can not view on the seal measure up to, but from what I've seen and interpret this seal is the most outstanding, butIt is more dear. In the extensive run hundreds of dollars in spoiled provisions can put away. I have in mind it's usefulness the monied. If you buy the Against bags or rolls and use it with this widget, go for it. I always get the Foodsaver rolls through the box and get a reduce in this way.
