I bought this expensive jar of caviar at 1030 am?

and put it on my table top at approaching 1100 am and only now that it is 7:30 pm I realized that it says to keep refrigerated. Is it safe to eat? It is very cold here, i am in Italy right now..

It is clear and its so cold here in Greece too. So put it in the fridge and keep it there until you are ready to use it. If the jar wasn't unprotected it should be fine.
