How to clean the black burners and the actual stove on a stainless steel gas stove?

Theres gooky ram building up on the black back part around each burner. I also need to know what household items I can use to undefiled the actual stainless steel. Thanks in advance!! :)

SOS pads is what I find first-rate to use. Warm soap and water along with the SOS. The most important thing is to antiseptic your range after use so food and drippings don't get "cooked" on. I use an aluminum scatter to clean my stainless
