what is difference between a Margarita Maker and a Blender?

I lack to buy something to make Margarita's with. I have seen some devices that look like blenders that expenditure twice as much and advertise Margarita Makers. I want to know if there is a material difference between a blender and a Margarita Maker

The "Margarators" that I've seen have a big hopper to pat the ice for multiple batches, the spout as noted above, the motor is stronger than a usual consumer blender, and the pitcher was bigger.
