Anyone own a KitchenAid Artisan mixer?

What do you come up with of it's performance? Anything it does not do well? mixing dough? meat grinder? other accessories? I am comparing models/wattage - ant info. would steal, Thanks!

They are peerless! We owned a deli/bakery and we used a Artisen for our smaller cakes and loyal orders of bread and it never failed us; it was in use for 7 years. I bought my origin one and she make homemade dumplings in it and it has no problem mixing
