Keurig B60 Single-Cup Brewer? Coffee seems watery and machine stays fairly hot....?

We only just bought this yesterday. It seems like the coffee is a bit watered down. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, I liberal the machine on, as stated in the manual, and even after an hour it felt kind of hot. Is this normal?
