Is a manual ice crusher easy to use or shall I buy an electric one?

We lack to buy an ice crusher for my brother who is not a professional bartender but loves to make coctails for himself and his girlfriend at domestic. Do you think a plastic, manual ice crusher is enough or shall we invest in a more expesive stirring

you have to be a certain extent strong to use it, so i would get the electric! xx

I unquestionably hoped that this leaflet and ring would lend a hand me clear up the discharge quandary w/my darned old blender.
