Kitchen hot water dispenser -- how fast should the water flow?

We have an Insinkerator direct hot water dispenser in our kitchen, and it flows at a rate of about one ounce per second, even slower than the earlier maquette we had. If you have a hot water dispenser, is yours that slow? I have checked all the tubes

Probe the seat of the saddle valve. Some times the rubber gasket gets distorted and restricts water roll. The hole in the water line sometimes gets blocked also.
