What's wrong with my microwave turntable?

It won't employment at all. It worked just fine before we moved but after we hooked it up in the new business the turntable will not turn on. Everything else works and it's only about a year and a half old. It's a Frigidaire over the stove image PLMVZ169GC.

The turntable (serving) should have "notches" in it that need to mesh with the ring in the bottom of the unit.
