Kitchenaid Food Processor - Blade removal difficult?
I was given a on occasions used Kitchenaid Food Processor recently -- looks new -- works immense. About 12 years old.
Problem: The main, large, blade dethroning is very difficult.
I've had to place it on the floor, and tug and wiggle
Find out where the deformity is. The blade can be replaced, the tunnel cannot. If the shaft is deformed, I'd replace the entire unit. 12 years is a mignonne good run for a food processor, unless it's a commercial or top-end model. Buy from Williams Sonoma,

@ Not trusty it'd travel well...but if you have a food processor w/a dough blade, you can easily make it!
