espresso maker?

I have one of those coffee/espresso makers. I'm not certain how to use the espresso part. Anyone know?

espresso is created when the coffee is filtered slowly through the coffee hound, so its important to pack the coffee tight..the tighter its crammed, the more intense the flavour..i dont know what type of gizmo u have, but mine has a disc to push the
