When Electrolux claims that their induction cooktop will boil water in 90 seconds, how much do they mean?

I saw the ad in a Lowes commercial. I then checked Lowes' and Electrolux's websites and both say that the affirm is based upon using the 10" burner but neither says if they're talking about a cup of sea water or a pot full of water.

I am interested in this too. Sounds like BS doesn't it? I reasonableness of if they put hot tap water in the pot as well..
