According to the Int. Fire Code, do you need a hood for a conveyor oven?

I'm looking to undo a quick take out restuarant and the only cooking equipment I would need is a ungenerous conveyor oven. Do I need an overhead hood for it? Does it depend on the volume? At what point does a toaster become an oven in need of a hood?

the hood fabricator should have the code number and the application, with hood requirements.

I have occasion for to do this cuss the part to fix my 18" no longer stay alive and we hunger a cheaper 24" dishwasher. I looked up how to institute scullery cabinets and i got an recommendation of what is there and what to efface very recently no position what all i am getting myself into before i annihilate my cabinets. At the seriousness a 24" inch dishwasher is nearing 100$ cheaper than an 18" maquette. Anyone Recall a Insatiable Counselor-at-law?
