Who makes a quality 4 slice toaster?

I've been looking for a 4 slice toaster and they all seem to look reputable but feel really cheap. I 'm looking to spend around $150.00 and I found the Breville toaster that seemed outstanding but then I read reviews and that toaster seemed like a night
