I suggested putting them in muslin, assembly the edges
Without a press or a juicer, my opinion would be to stem the pears, take the skins off, cut them in half and take the seeds out, then cut them into pieces then crumble them in a food processor or mortar & pestle or in a zip-top bag, sealed, and beaten
