The Drop Allen Twp. restaurant, located at 1833 Hummel Ave., recently acquired a Raclette grill. Raclette is a classification of cheese inbred to areas of Switzerland and France. The cheese is ardent, almost always via an moving catalogue-top grill, and then scraped onto a dish.
  
The cheese is brought to the tabular sliced, and with accompanying platters of potatoes, vegetables, seafood or sliced meats, which can then be frantic on the grill. The cheese is by poured over the nourishment onto the layer.
