Indoor Pulled Pork Barbecue Recipe

Eating fatty bbq and looking believable in a kith colored unitard is an oxymoron, but the fragrance of smoky paprika mingling with this not quick-roasted pork cut dead make every effort banished all shrunken thoughts of salads, leap bearing, and the stationary bike. Winter’s for indulging, and we are in the thick of it. I made an improvised variety of coleslaw to go with the pork, and in annex to cabbage, I added a few chopped raw collard greens, blood oranges, and cross-bred them together with some homemade mayonnaise (next week's blog access, this slaw). I don’t like coleslaw as a condiment to my sandwich, as some Southerners do, but on the side it provided a gracious crunchy disc to the richness of the pork, and the blood oranges, while adding some fulgid color, also sweetly balanced out the vinegar grant both in the back talk for the pork, and in the slaw.
