What is this broil and gril thing on the oven mean?

Hello, I am annoying to cook a frozen lasagna. It tells me to preheat to 400 degrees, then cook for 1hour 45 mins. But it has two unalike rows of temperatures, one is some "broil", other is "gril" (yes with one L). Which one do I use?

When you "Barbecue" you cook from the heat element located on the top of your oven and the sustenance is cooked with very high, direct heat from above the meat.
