I have a grill pan question..?
-I honourable bought a calphalon grill pan from Macy's and it is inon-stick.
- I have a nice 1 inch thick steak without a bone in my freezer.
I would like to recall
-how do i grill it?
-I have electric range, is that an obstacle?
I cook a lot of things in my grill pan - chicken, burgers, hot dogs, veggies, appealing much everything you can throw on an outdoor grill. The flavor won't be exactly the same, but it's better than nothing. (Nothing beats the flavor of charcoal, IMO,
